Steps To Sucess

How to Start being Successful in 5 Steps.

We all have dreams, goals and ambitions to be successful but whats holding us back? What are doing that we might not be completely aware of?  Shut off of the distractions and continue reading. These five things may be holding you back from your true form.

Procrastination. There’s no bigger waste of time than putting things off–it adds stress and takes away options for solving problems. If you have a task that needs to be done very soon, clear your mind and kick it into high gear and get done. The sooner you are finished the sooner you can start on the next task. Keep a check list and prioritize your objectives.

Digital Distractions. We all face distractions, actually you are looking at one right now, whether you are reading this through a computer or through your phone.. One of our biggest distractions is our mobile and electronic devices. Every day millions of personal hours and minutes are spent staring a glass screen, thousands of miles of energy is spent scrolling with our fingers and hands. To be more productive sometimes its best to put our phones on silent or even in “airplane mode” , shut and close the computer till its time to reward yourself.

Running from our problems. There will be a time where your problems will eventually catch up to you, rather than wasting energy stressing about it  just commit to solving it. In the movie “Catch Me If You Can starring (Leonardo DiCaprio) he spends most of his life running from his fears, and eventually gets caught up.

Overthinking. Overthinking slows down the process of everything. Keeps any problem a problem, which will keep you stuck inside the same issue. You may also develop new issues that were not there before. The next time you find yourself overthinking a situation, divert that energy into finding the problem solver.

Comparison. We are all born with two arms and two legs, beyond that we are completely built different. Every one has a unique background, upbringing, and environment that they are immersed in. Instead of trying to be as good as or better than others, focus your energy on being the very best version of yourself.

Remember that we are our worst enemy.
